Staff and students leaders will be available in their numbers to welcome and assist you to go through all the essential formalities. (You are advised to be extremely cautious when dealing with drivers and luggage carriers)
On accommodation, you will be requested to select your room online on the portal(you need to be fast about this part to avoid complications). The rooms vary in sizes according to the number of students in a room.
