Take Off All Your Banners Within 72 Hours – UENR EC to Aspirants

In a statement by the Electoral Commission of the University of Energy and Natural Resources SRC, aspirants of various positions in the upcoming general elections have been ordered to remove their banners and any form of campaign equipment from the university’s campus.

The communiqué also cited breach of rule 8 of the students handbook which prohibits the posting of posters on the university’s premises.

It is unclear what action the electoral body will take upon refusal to follow the directive.
