The Maiden Tekpreneur Prize is here! Below are the necessary details to be a part of this initiative. Thirteen Business Areas infused with digitized elements, 1-3 member team to compete for the ultimate prize.

Here is how to be part of NUGS-KNUST TekPreneur Prize

The Tekpreneur prize provides aspiring student entrepreneurs at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology an opportunity to present their business ideas and compete for cash prizes.

the competition is preceded by events such as screening of ideas and a start-up school. The competition is open to current KNUST students at any level of study. Students will be  given the opportunity to form teams of 1-3  members (s) and register their business ideas under any of the following business areas: Media, Agriculture, Transportation, Agriculture, Science and Technology, Sports, Real Estate, Sanitation, Energy, Health, Trade, Creative arts, Entertainment and Banking and Finance.

All business ideas must have  an integration of digitization. The inclusion of digitization purports to make start-ups globally competitive as many firms have thrived with digitization as a backbone of their respective businesses.
