A memorandum copied to all members of KNUST Students Parliament House indicates that the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Joseph Osei-Owusu shall observe the parliamentary proceedings of the last sitting of the 12th Parliament on Wednesday the first of May.
Hon. Joseph Osei-Owusu’s visit would be the first time an astute parliamentarian has graced KSPH sitting.
According to the Speaker of the KNUST student’s parliament RT. HON. Frank Blay, Hon. Joseph Osei-Owusu is expected to inaugurate new Leadership that will be sworn into office that day,  This means that the 12th Parliament will be dissolved on that day.
The statement therefore called on members to be time conscious to make the last sitting a memorable one.
