The management of the university of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho has assured students to remain calm but vigilant in this moment of the Virus declared pandemic by the World Health Organisation.

In a communique available to, management of UHAS entreats and advises all students to remain calm as management works towards students’ safety about the outbreak of Coronavirus.

On behalf of the Vice Chancellor and Senior Management, kindly find attached an urgent communique regarding UHAS in light of COVID-19 below

Urgent information to UHAS Community regarding COVID-19 The Management of University of Health and Allied Sciences. Ho, has just received information about the suspension of lectures on University of Ghana campus due to the fact that a Level 300 student, who returned from the USA after a 10-day visit, tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday, March 14.. That student had attended lectures from Monday March 9`” to Thursday fv1arch 12”’ before falling sick. Under those circumstances, University of Ghana made the right decision to prevent the potential spread of the virus on its campus.
We, the Management of University of Health and Allied Sciences. entreat our entire community of students, faculty and staff to remain calm but vigilant.

• There is no need to panic and end up making rash decisions that might rather endanger lives. • At the moment, there is no reason to suspend lectures at UHAS.
