UHAS local NUGS calls for volunteers to join Green Ghana Project to plant 5 million trees on Friday

The local chapter of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHASis calling for volunteers to join the Green Ghana Project, an initiative launched by the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources to plant 5 million trees on June 11.

The Green Ghana Project also dubbed “One student, One tree” according to the Minister for Lands, Hon. Samuel A. Jinapor has said forms part of efforts to restore the forest cover of the country.
