A very young and vibrant student leader, Master Wiafe Emmanuel an Electrical Engineering graduate have been awarded 2020 best engineering student at the just ended 5th congregation of the University of Energy and Natural Resources on November 28, 2020.
Emmanuel Wiafe, took to social media to express his thanks to all who impacted his life while he walked the halls of the tertiary institution.
According to him, the 4 years he spent in UENR was nothing but a blessing and expressed special thanks to God, his church and ABSA bank for helping him live his dreams.
Following the massive achievement which etched his name in the history books of UENR, Wiafe wrote;
“I’m graced to have graduated today with a BSc. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani Ghana.
I also graduated as the best engineering student.
Thanks to God first, for the gift of life and grace to have made it. Again, thanks to the C.O.P Atomic Hills District for believing in me, and supporting me. Thanks to Absa Bank (formerly Barclays bank), for the full scholarship granted me from my second year till I completed.”
“Thanks as well to the Travelling secretary of PENSA B/A Sector, Rev. Godwin Ako Addo for the leadership opportunities granted me.
Thanks to my lecturers Prof. Nana Kwesi Diawuo, Ing. Kwabena Amoako Kyeremeh, Ing. Nana Twum, Ing. Joseph Owusu, Mr. Tweneboa Koduah, Mr. Samuel Osei Fobi and all my colleagues and project partners who helped me get this far. Surely, I got this far by GRACE !!!”
Master Emmanuel Wiafe previously held the following positions; PENSA President, Evangelism Secretary and Brong Ahafo PENSA Sector Organiser.
