At his age, many Ghanaians would have been in primary school battling to be the first in class and nothing more but that is not the case with Isaiah Adu Gyimah.
Isaiah’s childhood is not being only about school. In class 5 at the Springs of Life International School, he doesn’t come home and head to the playing field like any regular Ghanaian kid. He has already made himself an integral part of the family business, an auto upholstery company.
Richard, Isaiah’s brother who graduated from KNUST in 2020 with a Bachelors in Agriculture (Agricultural Economics) has rebranded his dad’s auto works business and started his own company, PIRIMAG AUTOWORKS, giving Isaiah the opportunity to learn more and get better at his craft.
“At first glance, Isaiah Adu Gyimah looks just like any other average 11-year old boy. He can be described as a young boy from Ghana who enjoys working on the interior works of automobiles,” his brother, Richard Adu said.
“Isaiah Adu Gyimah is the youngest Ghanaian to become an auto interior expert. Many parents would like to have smart kids, but not having a younger brother like Isaiah proves he is an upcoming genius,” Richard continued. The class 5 pupil is already an expert in the auto upholstery field.
“He is in primary 5 waiting to start his junior high school education, he has expressed interest in studying automotive engineering after his senior high school. Isaiah is evidently able to learn faster than most, he learnt how to sew at age 9 but we allow him to enjoy his childhood.”
“He always finds a balance between being a child and his talents. Isaiah enjoys playing game on his phone like many young people and watches auto interior videos everyday.
“Gordon Wagener, the Chief Design officer of Mercedes-AMG is his role model,” Richard added.
