KNUST 2019/2020 ADMISSIONS
The attention of the University has been drawn to news circulating on social media to the effect that the 2019/2020 Admissions would be based on some cut points of aggregates for admissions into programmes.
Kindly disregard the information and observe the following.
1. Cut off points are generated ONLY after admission processes have been completed. The circulated cut off points were therefore generated after last year’s admissions i.e. (2018/19 academic year) and serve ONLY as a guide for prospective applicants and parents/guardians in selecting academic programmes of their choice for this year’s admissions.
2. The cut off aggregates do not guarantee admissions into specific programmes for this academic year (2019/2020 academic year)
3. Admissions are based on merit and available spaces for each programme.
4. Successful applicants would be duly informed when admissions are completed.
Thank you
