The Dean through the UEW counsel filed application for transfer of the case to Winneba on July 4, 2018. In today’s sitting the court has dismissed the application for the transfer of the case to Winneba revealing that it’s irrelevant, baseless and waste of time.

The court then awarded Paul Abrokwa (plaintiff) Two Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵2000)  for delaying the substantive case brought before the court.
The court Finally gave the school counsel 14days to file their defense.
