Few weeks ago saw the Ghanaian entertainment industry buzzing with news of the beef between two most popular Ghanaian
artistes, KwawKese and Shatta Wale.
Another Kumasi Radio DJ Accuses Kwaw Kese
This ‘beef’ started when Shatta Wale granted an interview to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM and claimed among other things that
Musician, Sarkodie doesn’t support his own but rather supports Nigerian Musicians. Kwaw Kesse responded to Wale’s claims
by recording a video, saying Shatta Wale does not practise the “Support Your Own” mantra he “preaches,” and since then,
videos of disses have been released by each of the parties who are seriously bent on replying to any new release regarding to the
beef at hand.

Things may take a serious turn from the beef between these two controversial artistes to artistes not being appreciative of the
people who helped them in their struggle into the limelight. An Ashanti based radio Dj Toni, who for the time being, prefers
hypercitigh.com to withhold his name, has shown his displeasure at Kwaw Kesse. In an exclusive video to hypercitigh, he stated how
he helped Kwaw to be who he is today, after lobbying for him and taking him round to Dj’s to get his songs played.
“I have wasted my time, my energy, my fuel! He even slept in my room. I have witnesses,” he said. What sparked the anger of
Dj Toni “Anonymous” is the fact that Kwaw Kese attributes his success to the fact that his songs were “nice.”
“You are there insulting Shatta.Dare me and I will show you how good I am also at insults,” his final words to Kwawkese.

Dj Toni has has passed two decades in the radio business. He has won two awards as Adadamu Presenter of the Year.
