GhIE-UENR President Hints Soon Resignation to Contest SRC President

President of the Ghana Institution of Engineering – UENR; Mr. Joel Korankye Bugbil has declared his intention to run for the position of SRC President this year.

In a thank you message during a gathering of participants after today’s float at the forecourt of the university’s GETFund Hostel, the School of Engineering President for the first time officially declared his ambition publicly.

It has been obvious since the beginning of the semester that the Santaclausian was going to run for the high office but had not made it public.

This means that the aspirant will soon tender in his letter of resignation since the day set for picking of nominations by the UENR SRC Electoral Commission is Monday, 19th July, 2021.
