Many have been asking the question and debating on whether or not if popular Nigerian billionaire and lawyer, Prince Ned Nwoko, was once a senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Before the answer, Ned Nwoko is a lawyer, politician, and humanitarian. Ned Nwoko almost became the senator representing Delta South, however, his legitimacy to be the senator for Delta South was challenged by a competitor, senator Peter Nwaoboshi.

The dispute was trailed before the Supreme Court of Nigerian and the Supreme Court Justices ruled unanimously against Ned Nwoko, hence he was never a senator.

However, Ned Nwoko was a member of the House of Representatives between 1999 and 2003.
