UEW Admission 2020/2021: What every fresher needs to know

The Management of the University of Education Winneba has released the list of successful applicants for various programmes for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Prospective students can check their admission status by visiting the UEW admission Portal

The admission status of a prospective student can be located by entering their Voucher ID on the Admissions checker page to find the programs they were admitted to OR program of study on the admissions portal.

After one has been able to find his/her program of study on the Admission Portal, he/she must proceed to print the Admission letter.

UEW Receiving banks and fees Payment

The management of the above-mentioned university have grouped students into four (4) categories for the purpose of fees determination. They are

Category A – Full Time Regular Students

Category B – Distance Education/Evening Students

Category C – Foreign Students

Category D – Ghanaian Fee Paying Students

Payment of fees should be made using through TRANSFLOW at any branch of the banks indicated against their respective campuses.

When paying, students should inform the Bank Teller that they are using the TRANSFLOW to pay the University of Education, Winneba fees. Freshmen must remember that they cannot register without full payment of fees.

Information available of the UEW websites cautions Students to abide by the foregone payment arrangements so as to avoid any problems that might be related to non-compliance. in this article, we listed some of approved Receiving Banks for the payment of Regular and Distance fees .

UEW Admission SMS Alert and Credentials

Admitted students are expected to receive an SMS alert which contains their Credentials. These credential is in the form of a user name and a Password which will be used to access School Portal, Check semester results, Fees payment and Semester course registration .

Admitted students can visit the UEW portal by visiting and logging in with their credentials received via SMS. students are advised not to give their credentials to anyone else.

UEW Residential Facility User Fees

The management of the university of winneba on 14th November released the approved rates for residential fees.

All admitted students are to note that the residential fees are to paid in full before bed space allocation is done. The bed spaces allocation is done on a first come-come-first serve basis.
