UCC Basic School closed down indefinitely

The University of Cape Coast (UCC) Basic School has been closed down indefinitely over the ongoing University Senior Staff Strike.

The University, in a statement issued on January 24, 2021, indicated that from January 25, 2021, its schools including the Basic and North Campus shall be shut down until further notice.

The University attributed its decision to the ongoing strike by its Senior Staff of which the University Basic School staff are members.
