University of Ghana will hold it’s 2020 July congregation tomorrow Thursday July 30, 2020.
The ceremony will be held virtually and is expected to begin at 10:00am.
Among those expected to pass out from the University in the July Congregation are those from the School of Law and some others in the medical school.
The University arranged to hold virtual congregation ceremonies for these students because of the partial closure of schools and the risks of congregational activities because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Pro Vice-Chancellor (ASA) of the University, Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, in an interview with UniversNews explained that the decision was a result of considerations made on peculiar category of students who have certification and professional exams.
The University of Ghana however in a tweet urged students to tweet about the ceremony with the hastag #UGCongregation.
