UG: Jubilee Hall, ISH residents asked to vacate premises by March 24, 28 respectively

All Level 100 and 400 students residing at the Jubilee Hall and the International Students Hostel have been asked to take note of a memo from the University of Ghana Enterprise Limited (UGEL) Management in relation to the end of the first semester arrangements and comply.

A notice from the Senior Hall Tutor of Jubilee hall asked all Ghanaian and International residents to vacate their rooms by March 24 and 28 respectively.

“All Ghanaian residents have up to 24th March 2021 to vacate the premises. All International Students have up to 28th March 2021 to vacate the premises”

Students who however wish to remain in the facility after the first semester were asked to submit letters to the Senior Hall Tutor for consideration.

“Students who wish to remain in the facility during the vacation period should submit letters to the Senior Hall Tutor for consideration. Such students should please take note that they will be relocated to other rooms to make way for the in-coming Level 200 and 300 residents”

The notice further stated that residential charges will be determined by the UGEL Management effective April 2 to June 17, 2021.
