Miss Prisca Chinaza, an alumna of the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has emerged the best student actress of the just ended Ghana Tertiary Awards. The competition hosted by the Universal Merchant Bank, saw 16 nominees giving off their best to win.

Miss Chinana took the golden trophy when her exceptional talent came to light after her brilliant performance in a two-cast romantic comedy film by Humble Lion Media Concepts titled ‘A Day in The Light’. She also starred in another movie by the same production house titled ‘Innocent Crime’. Prisca has since been viewed as one of the most promising upcoming actresses.

The University Relations Office in an interview with Miss Chinaza, expressed much gratitude to the Humble Lion Media Concepts for training her with so much professionalism and creativity throughout the stages.
