KNUST: Two FABESS Presidential aspirants withdraw from electoral contest on vetting day

Hypercitigh.com can confirm that two presidential aspirants of the faculty of built environment students’ society (FABESS) have officially served notice to withdraw from the electoral procedures.

According the tweet on the official FABESS Electoral Commission page, the aspirants who were on the verge of taking respective session at the vetting held today, ground the decision on some personal considerations.

This announcement brings the number of presidential aspirants to 2

Mr. Derrick Amponsah, a 3rd year Construction Technology Management and Mr. Francis Kwame Fosu, 2nd year Quantity Survey and Construction Economics are the aspirants to have prematurely withdrawn from the race.

As it stands now, Justice Kotani and Acheampong Bosu Akwasi are the remaining presidential aspirants in the 2021 FABESS election.
