KNUST: Professor Rita Akosua Dickson Expresses Satisfaction To Compliance To COVID-19 Safety Protocols Outlined By The University

The Management of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology toured the various Colleges and halls of residence on Tuesday, 11th January, 2021. The tour was aimed at monitoring compliance to COVID-19 protocols outlined by the University and to observe how first year students were adjusting to life on campus. 

Professor (Mrs.) Rita Akosua Dickson who led the team expressed satisfaction with how the students were observing the COVID-19 safety protocols. She urged the students to continue to adhere strictly to the safety protocols outlined. These safety protocols will prevent the spread of the virus on campus, she said. 

At the freshers’ orientation, the Vice-Chancellor congratulated them on their admission to the best University in Ghana and encouraged them to contribute relentlessly towards uplifting the enviable image of the University by studying hard. She emphasised the need to always obey rules of the University.
