The Ghana Engineering Student Association (GESA) in the the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has honoured Master Akwasi Nti Awuah for his commitment as a servant leader.
GESA-KNUST recognized him for his outstanding performance and exeptional leadership roles as chairman of the KNUST SRC Electoral Commission.

A citation of gratitude in honour of Akwasi Nti Awuah from GESA-KNUST during the 2019 GESA Dinner and Awards night held at The Cove Event Center in Kumasi recognized him for his exemplary achievement for organizing successful elections in KNUST devoid of discrepancies.
He is recognized as the first Electoral Commissioner in KNUST whose instrumental leadership has led to the initiation of projects such as the Electoral commission website, SRC presidential debate and leadership symposium, all in the bid to raise the standard of the Electoral Commission.
According to GESA-KNUST, he did not only fulfill his duties of leadership with high integrity and deep humility, but also hoisted the flag of engineering at the SRC level as well as raising the standard of democracy in KNUST student politics.
Akwasi Nti Awuah who is a fourth year Materials Engineering student thanked GESA-KNUST executives for the recognition.

Speaking to Focus News, Akwasi Nti expressed appreciation to members of the Electoral Commisssion for their supports and effort in organizing a successful elections in KNUST.
