The Graduate Students Association of Ghana at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (GRASAG-KNUST) has announced that it will hold its elections on Friday, July 30, and Saturday, July 31, 2021.
A statement from the Electoral Commissioner of the Asociation, Sidick Abubakar indicated that the elections will be held on the KNUST main campus on Friday and at the KNUST IDL Center- Accra (Kwabenya) and the IDL Center – Takoradi on Saturday.
“The entire GRASAG-KNUST community is by this release informed that the GRASAG-KNUST elections have been slated for Friday 30th July 2021 and Saturday 31st July 2021. The elections will be held con the KNUST Main Campus on Friday and simultaneously on Saturday at the KNUST main campus IDL Center- Accra (Kwabenya) and the IDL Center – Takoradi.” the statement said.
The statement further urged all electorates to adhere to the COVID-19 safety protocols put in place by the Electoral Commission to ensure not only a free and fair election but to restrict the spread of the virus.
