COVID-19: 541 new infections push Ghana’s active case count to 5,524

As of July 28, 2021, 541 new COVID-19 infections have pushed Ghana’s active case count to 5,524.

This was disclosed by the Ghana Health Service (GHS).

The number of confirmed cases currently stands at 104,330 with 97,970 recoveries.

836 people have however succumbed to the disease.

17 people are in critical conditions and 86 people in severe conditions.

The country has so far conducted a total of 1,435,223 tests.
