The Ministry of Education (MoE) says prospective candidates who sat for last year’s BECE can now make school changes at the Self-placement Module when the school placements are released Sunday, February 21.

Mr Rodney Nkrumah, a spokesperson for the Education Ministry in an interview monitored by Educationweb.com.gh said this new development form part of efforts to ensure a difficulty-free school placement this year.

“What we have done this time around is that after you chose the schools, we have put in a verification system along the lines of what the Electoral Commission does where you can send a text to a certain number to confirm the school that you have chosen”, he noted.
